Q: What kind of products do you sell?
We offer digital templates, guides, planners, and resources designed to help you build and grow your online business. Some products come with MRR or PLR rights, while others are just meant to help you personally everything is labeled clearly.
Q: Are your products instant download?
Yes! Once your payment is complete, your files will be available instantly. You’ll also receive a download link via email.
Q: Do I need any special software to use your templates?
Most of our products are editable with Canva (free or Pro), Google Docs, or basic PDF viewers. If something requires a specific tool, it’ll be listed in the product description.
Q: Can I get a refund?
Because all our products are digital and delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds. However, if you run into any issues, just email us at michaela@mmdynamicduo.com and we’ll always do our best to help.
Q: Can I resell your products?
Only if the product specifically includes PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resell Rights). If it doesn’t say so, it’s for personal use only.
Q: I didn’t receive my download email — what do I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Email us at michaela@mmdynamicduo.com and we’ll resend it.
Q: Can I use your designs for my clients or business?
Yes, if the product comes with commercial use rights. Just check the product page and it’ll tell you exactly how you’re allowed to use it.
